Job Summary:

The role works alongside business units, providing support, analysis and advice on strategic and operational decision making. The analyst will provide management with a holistic view of business unit’s performance, opportunities and issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor credit portfolio performance, delinquency trends, asset quality, and risk indicators.
  • Track collection and recovery performance. Analyze roll rates, cure rates, recovery rates, and collection productivity.
  • Prepare portfolio, delinquency, & collection performance reports and dashboards.
  • Support the development and evaluation of credit and collection strategies, segmentation & policies
  • Conduct impact analysis on new initiatives, policy changes, and collection programs

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related degree.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the financial industry.
  • An aptitude for numbers and understanding of Profit & Loss.
  • Meticulous with keen attention to details.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to listen, interpret, influence, and negotiate.
  • Good with troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
  • Naturally inquisitive with a desire to understand a broad range of commercial issues.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines with minimal supervision, willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
  • Possess good analytical skills and enjoy working with data.
