Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management: Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines established in collaboration with the Product Owner, while managing risks and adjusting plans as necessary.
Agile Leadership: Act as an Agile facilitator and guardian of the methodology. Ensure the team respects Agile principles while remaining flexible to adapt when necessary.
Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and remove technical, organizational, or communication obstacles that slow down the team.
Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure backlog clarity and with the Tech Lead/Solution Architect to ensure technical choices are understood and integrated.
People Management: Coach and mentor team members for their professional development, manage performance evaluations, and resolve conflicts to maintain a healthy work environment.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as velocity and burndown charts, and provide regular progress reports to the Platform Director.
Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement to optimize processes and team efficiency.
University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Significant hands-on experience in IT delivery, with a strong background in software development life cycles.
Proven experience leading, mentoring, or managing a technical team.
Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Proficiency in spoken and written English, as you will need to interact with English-speaking colleagues.
Strong ability to resolve conflicts, motivate teams, and facilitate communication across different departments.
Familiarity with management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
