Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee daily assembly operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity

• Develop, implement, and optimize processes to improve production efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks

• Identify, recommend, and execute improvements to facilities, equipment, and workflows

• Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements

• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions where needed

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and other team leaders to ensure smooth coordination and workflow

Requirements

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or operations supervision

• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills

• Solid understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems
