About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to head our Agency Sales function across Latin America. This is a player-coach role: you will manage and mentor a team of Agency Partner Managers while also owning strategic relationships with our most critical agency partners in the region.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing the agency ecosystem, and representing TikTok as the go-to performance and brand-building platform for agencies across Brazil & SpLATAM markets including Mexico, Colombia, Argentina. You will be a key voice in shaping regional strategy, go-to-market motions, and long-term agency enablement programs.
This role requires an experience leader with deep knowledge of the LATAM agency landscape, a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams in a hyper-growth environment.
In-Office Policy - We are currently working in the office 4x a week in Polanco and will be moving to full-time, 5 days in-office by September 2026.

Responsibilities:
1) Team Leadership & People Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Agency Partner Managers across region, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, creativity, and commercial rigor.
- Set clear team objectives, track performance against KPIs, and provide structured feedback and development plans to support individual growth.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top commercial talent as the team scales.
- Serve as a role model for consultative selling, strategic account management, and cross-functional collaboration.
2) Revenue & Business Growth
- Own and drive the team's revenue targets across the SMB agency segment in LATAM, with accountability for both top-line growth and portfolio health metrics.
- Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic agency partnerships — including independent agencies, regional networks, and in-market holding company affiliates.
- Architect and execute scaled engagement models that allow the team to grow agency revenue efficiently across a large and diverse book of business.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of new agency acquisition opportunities, translating market trends into actionable growth strategies.
3) Agency Partnerships & Enablement
- Build deep, strategic relationships with C-level and high-level stakeholders at top agencies
- Lead executive business reviews (QBRs) and joint business planning sessions with key agency partners to align on growth roadmaps and investment strategies.
- Develop and oversee structured agency education and certification programs, ensuring partners are fluent in TikTok product solutions, creative best practices, and full-funnel strategies.
- Champion TikTok's value proposition externally, representing the platform at industry events, agency summits, and partner forums across the region.
4) Strategy & Cross-Functional Influence
- Serve as the primary voice-of-the-market for LATAM agency insights, providing structured feedback to Product, Marketing, and Operations to shape platform priorities and scaled solutions.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Global Sales Excellence, Marketing, Trust & Safety, and Ops to design and execute regional go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop data-driven strategic narratives and market analysis to inform leadership decisions and regional investment priorities.
