TikTok's Agency Sales team is at the forefront of connecting agencies of all sizes with TikTok's creative ecosystem — helping them unlock performance, build compelling narratives for their clients, and grow sustainably on the platform. Our team operates at the intersection of business strategy, product expertise, and client partnership. The North America Agency team is a high-growth, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

- Establish Agency-specific sales strategies and execution plans to enable teams to achieve team goals while also driving long-term initiatives, in partnership with SMB leadership.

- Guide team of Agency Partner Managers on consultative, client-centric selling and demonstrate strong understanding of marketing KPIs, TikTok product expertise/capabilities and measurement

- Hire, coach, develop and inspire your direct reports

- Utilize internal data, performance, market trends, competitive landscape and segment analysis to become a TikTok solutions expert, anticipating and identifying long and short term business opportunities at scale across the North America team

- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives that grow the SMB Agency segment via strong project management skills to influence and drive work to completion (Sales Operations, Product Marketing, Program Management, Marketing, Analytics, Strategy, Ad Policy, Partnerships, BDR/Lead Gen, etc.)

- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services. Review and advise on continuous improvement activities to ensure processes are aligned to achieve best results

- Build scalable, repeatable processes to accelerate team's impact

- Serve as an external product expert, educating key agencies on TikTok ad solutions and best practices
