The Role
With the continued success of Indigo and the GEAT2Go (Goods, Equipment and Assistive Technology) program, we are seeking a passionate and professional Team Lead to join our Aged Care Customer Service call centre.
The Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance management of a team of Customer Service Officers, operating within call centre environment. The role focuses on coaching, supporting and motivating the team to deliver high-quality, person-centred service outcomes while consistently meeting service levels, quality standards and operational targets.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
