Your responsibilities, in order of priority:
· Define the Academy curriculum for the usage and application of our robots – from operator to programmer and integrator levels
· Build a certification program with clear learning paths, exams and certificates
· Make sure training content is ready at every product launch, in close exchange with Product Management and Development
· Enable internal teams (Sales, Service, NeuraGym) and onboard new colleagues
· Lead, develop and grow the trainer team, including hiring and onboarding
· Set quality standards for trainings and trainers, including train-the-trainer programs
· Plan trainer capacity, training labs and robot equipment
· Build an online and blended learning offer (e-learning, virtual classes, simulation-based exercises)
· Use AI to turbocharge training: AI tutors, faster content creation, personalized learning paths and automated assessment
· Scale content to multiple languages and regions
· Select, set up and run the learning management system (LMS) and training administration: booking, scheduling, participant and certificate management
· Integrate the training system with CRM, e-commerce and invoicing
· Define and track KPIs such as participant satisfaction, pass rates, utilization and revenue
· Develop the Academy business model: training portfolio, packages, pricing and subscriptions
· Own the Academy P&L and budget and drive revenue growth together with Sales
· Degree in engineering, robotics, computer science or comparable
· Several years of experience in technical training or an academy, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
· Solid understanding of robotics and automation and how robots are used in applications
· Proven experience in building curricula, certification programs or online learning
· Hands-on experience with LMS and training administration systems
· Good understanding of AI tools and how they can be applied in learning
· Business mindset: experience with pricing, budgets or P&L responsibility
· Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
· Experience in building a training business from scratch or scaling it internationally
· Experience with instructional design and e-learning authoring tools
· Fluent in German and English
