- Oversee coordination between Business and IT teams to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives, proactively managing risks and resource alignment.
- Guide the development and delivery of AAdvantage® and Cross-Sell products, ensuring alignment with program strategy and maximizing member value.
- Manage backlog prioritization, user story refinement, and sprint planning to support efficient and scalable product delivery.
- Lead strategic efforts, monitor customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and collaboration with engineering and product teams.
- Serve as a key liaison across Loyalty, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Customer Experience to align goals, resolve issues, and communicate progress to leadership.
- Oversee integration efforts with internal and external partners, ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable platform operations.
- Lead initiatives to identify opportunities for product optimization and revenue growth.
- Build strategies to drive financial and customer outcomes, including pricing, campaigns, and product parameters like purchase caps and product catalogs.
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training/experience
- 4+ years related work experience
- Knowledge of AAdvantage loyalty products and propositions as well as consumer behavior
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Master of Business Administration
- Previous project management, product management, or quality assurance experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Expertise in leading cross-functional delivery of complex initiatives, including roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Strong command of agile methodologies, backlog management, and feature prioritization to drive efficient and customer-centric product releases.
- Proficiency in analyzing operational and customer data to identify trends, inform strategy, and optimize delivery and product performance.
- Experience in developing test plans, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing process improvements to enhance product reliability and user satisfaction.
- Skilled in building relationships across internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and seamless integration.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for leadership, driving transparency and informed decision-making.
