In Revenue Management, we aim to empower our team members to make informed decisions that impact American Airline’s revenue. Our collaborative approach combined with exposure to different experiences create an environment rich with opportunities to learn and grow. We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate curiosity, take initiative and are data and results driven. This position will be considered a leader for our Corporate Programs and Strategy team, Revenue Engineering team, or Pricing and Yield Mana gement team inside of the Revenue Management Division. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise and strategic leadership, ensuring that every initiative meets business objectives while delivering a seamless customer experience.
Lead initiatives to identify opportunities for product optimization and revenue growth.
· Build strategies to drive financial and customer outcomes, including pricing, campaigns, and product parameters like purchase caps and product catalogs.
· Partner closely with product managers to implement enhancements and execute strategic initiatives.
· Monitor and report performance metrics using tools such as Quantum Metrics, Adobe Analytics, and SQL.
· Design and analyze A/B tests to validate improvements and inform decision-making.
· Align cross-functional teams and third-party partners around optimization strategies, success metrics, and actionable insights.
