Job Profile / Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities for assigned business processes.
• Execute Invoicing, Cash Apps, Month end close activities and reporting, Order management, collections, Credit management, Customer master data management accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Should have experience in Cash Apps & SAP
• Eligibility to produce performance reports like Dashboards and Weekly SLA reports for HCL Management
• Perform quality reviews of transactions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and global clients to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

Required Profile/ Experience

• 6–8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations
• Good basic accounting knowledge
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Cash applications and SAP.
• Added advantage of other AR activities like- invoicing, billing, collections, credit management, and customer master data management
• Client Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of dealing with international clients
• Added advance of Sales force knowledge

Shift Time

• Between 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. IST (open for night shift)

• B. Com / M. Com
