Monitor a team of storekeeper
Maintain smooth warehouse operations & handle cargo movement
Respond to customer's enquiries in a timely manner with effective communication skill
Support management to meet operational targets
Responsible for various reporting for management review
Monitor subcontractor performance and develop improvement plan for rectification of performance
Ensure contracted suppliers comply with company quality procedures
Other ad-hoc assignments from Management
Monitor the service quality and asset utilization of the warehouse
Evaluate and review existing procedure & warehouse operation
