This function ensures high‑quality and stable 3rd line support within Evondos. It safeguards the technical foundation of our hardware, embedded software, cloud components, and integrations, enabling reliable service delivery to thousands of clients.

The Team Lead 3rd Line Support exists to solve complex technical incidents, drive technical quality, and lead an experienced 3rd‑line team. The role ensures that mission‑critical Medido systems remain stable, secure, and continuously improved. It bridges support, R&D, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver dependable medication dispensing solutions.

What you will do

  ⚙️ Technical Responsibilities

• Resolve complex incidents escalated beyond 1st and 2nd line support.

• Perform Root Cause Analyses and initiate structural improvements.

• Act as the technical point of contact for hardware, embedded software, cloud services, and integrations.

• Test new firmware, hardware components, and software updates with R&D.

• Maintain accurate technical documentation and best practices.

• Guide customers and partners through API and SSO integration processes.

🎯 Leadership & Operational Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of three experienced 3rd‑line engineers.

• Manage priorities, workflow, and quality of technical support processes.

• Deliver knowledge sessions and training for 1st and 2nd line teams.

• Drive KPI performance, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

This could be you

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (IT, Engineering, or similar).

• 3+ years in 2nd or 3rd line support or another advanced technical role.

• Practical experience with complex troubleshooting and problem ownership.

• Familiarity with APIs, SSO, cloud integrations, and networking.

• Understanding of embedded systems or healthcare software (advantage).

• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (written and verbal).

Proven ownership of complex technical environments and incident management.

Ability to lead, coach, and elevate engineers while staying hands-on.

Clear communicator who works effectively across teams and drives improvement.
