2020 Companies is seeking an energetic and engaging Team Lead to work inside a major warehouse retailer environment. In this role, you will be stationed in-store and interact directly with shoppers to identify customers interested in flooring or home improvement projects. Your primary responsibility is to generate new leads by scheduling in-home measurement and product consultation appointments that will be conducted by our client’s professional and licensed expert sales team who will handle the next steps.
