Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We’re seeking  a  dynamic JavaTeamleadto join the Software Development team  in  Paris.

Euronext Corporate Solutionsis a fully integrated division of Euronext, including all the resources to pursue its business activities: Revenue, Growth Marketing, Product, Technology & Operations, Client Services and Transformation. It also relies on Euronext support functions to accompanyits growth.

You will be primarily responsible to:

• Lead a team of5+ developers in software development initiatives and translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.

• Allocate 50% of the time supporting the team on technical topics such as code reviews, designdocument,technicalarchitecture,client support investigation in hands-on mode, rest 50% in teamand deliveryleadership.

• Act as a technical mentor for backend and frontend engineers, providing guidance on architecture, design decisionsand best practices while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Design, build andmaintainefficient, reusable, and reliable code.

• Ensure the best possible performance,qualityand responsiveness of the applications.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment with business requirements and meet delivery timelines.

• Prioritize andfacilitatethe early resolution of client issues, ensuring adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).

• Conduct code reviews, contribute to critical feature designs, and ensure the overall quality of the team's deliverables.

• Flag technical debt and areas ofimprovement, making sure they are properly documented and taken into account when defining priorities.

• Implement robust documentationfor knowledge base, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and communication in software development activities.

• Follow Agile Scrum development process for application development.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ora relatedfield.

• Minimum10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with deepexpertisein modern Java versions and Springecosystem

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead, with responsibility for guiding a development team and driving delivery in a distributed team environmentinthedesign anddevelopment of scalable, high-performance systems usingmicroservices and established design patterns.

• Strongexpertiseacross AWS services, including Cognito, Lambda, S3, SQSand RDSwith experience designingresilient architecture.Familiarity with CloudFront and WAF isrequired

• Extensive experience withdata modelling anddatabase schema management, including Liquibase for migrations andjOOQfor type-safe SQL and performance-critical queries

• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Front-end experience with React, Angularand Next.js, including JavaScript andTypeScriptis a Plus.Demonstrated experience enabling effective collaboration with Frontend engineersfor informed technical decision-making.

• Strong understanding of SSO,AuthN andAuthZ, and API security, including OAuth2/OIDC, token-based security, role-based access control, and data privacy best practices

• Experience mentoring engineers across seniority levels to promote technical growth andmaintainhigh engineering standards

• Proficiencyin Agile/Scrum methodologies and a commitment to driving Agile practices within the team.

• Comfortable with DevOps practices involving configuration management, CI/CD pipelines,Gitflow,IaC, deploymentpatternsamong others.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
