Each team leader is expected to be a working lead who also serves as the primary resource and contact for his/her area of expertise. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Possess skill and knowlege to provide meaningful technical guidance to operators.
Perform/Lead risk assessments before a team performs any non-standard work or tasks using SMW's "First Things First" process
Actively promote and identify opportunities that improve departmental efficiency and cost
Be a champion, participant, and dailiy observer in Behavior Based Safety and Behavior Based Quality programs
