Schedule:
8-hour workday within operational hours of 8:00 AM–10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
We’re seeking a mature and experienced People & Engagement Manager to build and sustain a strong, connected, and high-performing team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role plays a key part in shaping our people strategy, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring our teams feel supported, heard, and set up to succeed.
You’ll work closely with leadership and frontline teams to create clear people processes, foster trust, and proactively address engagement, performance, and retention needs as the organization grows.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee feedback, concerns, and well-being initiatives
Design and lead employee engagement programs, including surveys, recognition initiatives, and team activities
Own and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding experiences to ensure consistency and care
Identify trends related to morale, retention, and team dynamics, and lead targeted improvement initiatives
Lead the performance review and feedback framework, supporting managers in delivering meaningful, continuous feedback
Partner with leadership to align people initiatives with business goals and operational realities
Track engagement metrics and report on insights, risks, and outcomes
Support career development and performance conversations across teams
Work closely with the General Manager, Shift Managers and team leads to strengthen communication, collaboration, and team effectiveness
5 to 7 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, people partnering, organizational development, or related fields
Strong emotional intelligence and the maturity to navigate complex interpersonal situations
Proven experience designing and evolving people programs in growing or scaling organizations
Comfortable working across all levels of an organization, from frontline staff to senior leaders
Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion, professionalism, and fairness
Solid understanding of employee lifecycle management, organizational design, and culture-building practices
Genuine passion for employee experience and building a supportive, inclusive workplace
Experience working in global or distributed organizations is a plus
