What if you could do the kind of work the world needs?

At WSP, you can access our global scale, contribute to landmark projects and connect with the brightest minds in your field to do the best work of your life. You can embrace your curiosity in a culture that celebrates new ideas and diverse perspectives. You can experience a world of opportunity and the chance to shape a career as unique as you.

Lead. Shape. Grow. Influence.

WSP is searching for an experienced, people‑centred leader to take on a transformative opportunity: leading our Contaminated Land Management team across Victoria and South Australia.

This is more than a management role — it’s business ownership, strategy leadership, and team empowerment at scale. You’ll shape commercial performance, drive client growth, and cultivate one of the most capable CLM teams in Australia.

Whether you’re currently in a senior leadership role or ready to step into one, this is a rare opportunity to own a multi‑region team and accelerate your career.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a high‑performing, multidisciplinary team.
  • Drive business strategy, P&L performance, forecasting and commercial outcomes.
  • Strengthen client relationships across national and state markets.
  • Lead winning bids, major pursuits and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Ensure excellence in technical delivery across contaminated land and water projects.
  • Foster collaboration across WSP’s national network.

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant experience in contaminated land, hydrogeology, remediation or related fields.
  • Proven ability to lead people, build capability and drive engagement.
  • Strength in commercial management, strategy execution and decision‑making.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across regions and disciplines.
  • Passion for building culture, developing people and enabling high performance.

Why This Role?

  • Multi‑region leadership: Influence across VIC & SA with national reach.
  • Career defining: A genuine pathway into senior business leadership roles.
  • Impact: Lead strategy, shape culture and drive growth.
  • Support: Backing from a strong national leadership group.
  • Lifestyle: For international candidates — a compelling opportunity to relocate and build a life in Australia.

Ready to Lead?

If you're energised by challenge, motivated by impact and excited to grow a thriving team, we’d love to hear from you.
