Your New Role

We have an opportunity for a Team Coordinator to join our Real Assets team within Investments. Reporting to the Head of Research and Business Management, this role provides high‑quality administrative and coordination support in a fast‑paced, global environment.

The Real Assets team operates globally, and this role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented individual with strong judgement and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders across different time zones. You will play a key role in enabling the team’s effectiveness by ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, travel, documentation and day‑to‑day operations.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Provide professional administrative support to senior leaders in Real Assets, including proactive diary management and credit card reconciliation
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
  • Organise and manage domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare presentations, format Board papers, and support conferences, meetings and events
  • Work closely with other Team Coordinators to ensure consistent support across the Real Assets function
  • Maintain filing systems, registers and documentation, including meeting and travel records
  • Support onboarding and establishment of new team members
  • Use sound judgement to prioritise matters, escalate where appropriate, and ensure timely outcomes
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships to support effective collaboration and information sharing
  • Contribute to the enhancement and implementation of team processes and ways of working

What You’ll Need

  • Demonstrated experience in a Team Coordinator, Executive Assistant or senior administrative role, ideally supporting senior leaders
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage at all organisational levels
  • A high level of discretion and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information. Strong stakeholder relationship skills and a collaborative working style
  • Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing, maintaining and improving office systems and administrative processes
  • The ability to work independently, use initiative and exercise sound judgement in a dynamic environment
