As Quality Team Coordinator, you are responsible for overseeing the quality assurance activities within the machining process, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and certification bodies. This role leads and supervises a team of Quality Technicians, driving the achievement of quality objectives through effective implementation of improvement initiatives and robust monitoring of corrective actions.
The position supports both internal and external complaint management, ensures proper maintenance of quality documentation, and plays a key role in audit preparation and execution, including product, process, and certification audits. Additionally, the role contributes to process documentation management, employee training and qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key duties also include reviewing Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR), leading Layered Process Audits (LPA), and supporting various quality-related matters across the organization.
