The Team Coordinator position in Patio Door is an active and communicative role, where you work with department leadership, flexing into multiple jobs in a shift. If you are a motivated, and efficient team member, with a strong focus on quality and safety, we encourage you to apply!

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

In this role, you will:

• Work as a member of a team with department leadership to run an effective, efficient department
• Act as a key person in the designated work area
• Ensure materials are available for use
• Update stock out report and run system for company visibility
• Ensure leadership is aware of all situations regarding safety, quality, personnel, product, and materials
• Able to problem solve issues as they arise
• Spend 90% of the workday on the floor
• Flex between multiple jobs throughout the shift

You will bring:

• Positive work experience in current role
• Ability to work independently (self-motivated)
• Ability to understand and write simple correspondences as well as verbal communication in English
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and motivate team members
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 10-25 lbs. repeatedly
