Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Tractor and Farm Equipments (TFE) Recovery Branch as a Team Collections Manager. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated team, implementing effective strategies to maximize collections and minimize delinquencies. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining the financial health of our Tractor and Crop Finance portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing collections team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive collection strategies, ensuring timely and effective debt recovery.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying trends and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and efficient debt resolution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, promoting an ethical and transparent collections process.
  • Provide regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance collections efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in collections management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in collections strategies and techniques, including negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Working knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and collections management software.
