We're looking for an inspirational and motivated leader to take on the exciting opportunity as a full-time Clinical Team Coach in Wellington. This role involves overseeing a six-bed Residential Recovery Service for adults aged 55+ with existing mental health challenges.
You’ll lead a capable team of Support Workers, while collaborating with health and community providers to ensure seamless, connected support for six adults aged 55+ and their whānau.
As the Team Coach, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our service. Your responsibilities will include:
This is a permanent, full-time position. You will be working Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm. Based in Wellington. You will also contribute to an on-call roster.
About You | Mōu
We’re seeking a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker with proven leadership and mental health experience, who balances clinical expertise with genuine connection and enjoys supporting their team to grow and deliver high-quality care.
