
Team Coordinator | 10058 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £26,824 to £28,142 per annum | Grade E | Norwich
We are looking for a competent, well organised and self-motivated person to undertake this position supporting the Fostering and Kinship Care Team. You will also have a role in supervising tasks of other team members to ensure priority tasks are achieved within deadline. You will be required to have previous experience of working in an office environment and an awareness of safeguarding children policies and knowledge of financial processes.
This post requires good customer service, excellent keyboard and ICT skills being proficient in Word, Excel and databases, good organisational skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise work and to communicate effectively at all levels.
You will be required to work closely as part of the Business Support Team and with operational managers. Effective business support is a vital element to the success of Children’s Services. This post enables a focused, consistent business support service to managers and staff.
