WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a Team Assistant in our Procurement Services team, you will be responsible for all administrative and organizational matters, as well as the proactive organization of processes and workflows.

• You will be responsible for the planning and moderation of meetings, training courses and workshops.
• Your organizational talent is in demand! You will support the team with topics such as travel management, accounting for travel expenses and team events, preparing reports and creating presentations.
• As the contact point between unit management and the Procurement Services team, you are responsible for sharing relevant announcements at team and company level.
• Last but not least, you will drive the further development of knowledge management and find creative solutions to quality problems in the unit.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completed commercial training or a comparable professional training
• relevant professional experience of several years in a similar position
• proficient in the handling of common MS Office applications, initial experience with SAP is an advantage
• strong organizational skills and the ability to set clear priorities and convince with reliability
• fluent in German and English
