Your Team

The Listings Strategy & Corporate Development team sits within the broader Listings and Markets Team and leads strategic listings initiatives, policy development and stakeholder engagement to support Australia’s capital markets. The team works across ASX and with industry bodies and market participants.

Your responsibilities:

Administrative support for AGCG

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, scheduling and coordination of various key meetings including AGCG meetings, internal project meetings. industry and stakeholder meetings (scheduling, agendas, meeting packs, catering and all logistics)
  • Proof and format agendas, briefs, meeting packs and attend project meetings to take notes and manage actions from these meetings
  • Expenses management - Process team expenses, procurement management, support budget tracking, reporting
  • Document Management - Support use of Diligent portal for AGCG meetings
  • Events support (Roadshows, other event initiatives)

Policy project and stakeholder engagement support

  • Working closely with Senior Policy Manager, provide admin support for policy projects including co-ordinating internal and external stakeholder engagement activities relating to policy development and consultation
  • Support preparation of policy project materials, correspondence and briefings (including Board, Executive and External updates)
  • Maintain records, documentation and registers relating to policy projects

Broader Listings and Markets support

  • Provide support for events across the broader Listings and Markets Team
  • Working with Executive Assistant and Team Assistant to provide ad hoc admin support across Listings and Markets, including for senior stakeholders.
  • Assist with ad doc diary management, meeting logistics and preparation of materials.
  • Support general team administration during peak periods.

General administration

  • Provide support with Procurement Management process using Workday, budgeting and expense management.
  • Maintain shared mailboxes, document repositories and filing systems.
  • Assist with providing support onboarding for new team members.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to admin processes and ways of working

Your experience and qualifications

Must have

  • Experience in an admin, team support or project coordination role in a corporate/professional environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting governance forums, advisory groups or committees.
  • Minute-taking and action tracking experience.
  • Exposure to policy, regulation, financial services or listed markets.
