We are looking for a Executive Assistant to our CTO at Flexa, to enable him to operate at peak performance. You'll be the master coordinator, strategic problem-solver, and trusted confidant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, thereby supporting executive.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with scheduling tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
High level of attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive attitude.
What Would Set You Apart:
Familiarity with technology-driven environments, including an understanding of software development processes and technical terminology, enabling effective support of a CTO.
German language skills.

I’m Sébastien Schikora, and I’ve been driving tech innovation as CTO at Entrix since June 2022 and Flexa since February 2024. My career has been a mix of exciting challenges and opportunities, with a strong focus on transforming the energy industry and reshaping how electricity grids work and the best is yet to come.
