What’s the role?
This position plays a key role in enabling the Commodities, Trade and Transition (CTT) DDAI team to perform at its best, by providing proactive coordination, organisation and day-to-day operational support. You will be supporting the Head of DDAI CTT and the wider CTT Team with diary and inbox management, providing tailored executive support in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of travel, expenses and events

  • Provide proactive administrative and coordination support to leaders

  • Prepare teams and leaders for meetings with agendas, materials and follow-ups

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, off-sites and events, both virtual and in person

  • Assist with People and Culture processes including onboarding, mandatory training and basic recruitment

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders engaging with the CTT DDAI team

  • Seek out opportunities to simplify processes, improve coordination and reduce friction

What do I need?
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in an administrative, team assistant or coordination role. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Other skills/ experiences include:
  • Confidence in diary and inbox management 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • Experience coordinating events, workshops or offsites 
  • Be able to take initiative and anticipate needs
