Your Role: Team Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organised and personable Relations Assistant to support the Director of Artist & Entertainment Relations and the wider team. You’ll help keep a busy department running smoothly, from diary management and admin to supporting guest bookings, studio visits and special projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with some previous assistant experience who wants to grow in a fast-paced team at the heart of TV, film and music.

As a Team Assistant at Global, you will:

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent and guest liaison (25%): Assist with guest bookings, talent liaison and studio visits at Global, helping to deliver a professional and welcoming experience.

  • Assistant Support to Director of Artist & Entertainment Relations (30%): Provide day-to-day support to the Director of Artist & Entertainment Relations, including diary management, scheduling, travel coordination and general administration.

  • Projects and events (22.5%): Help coordinate logistics for meetings, events and talent-related activity, including Make Some Noise charity auction items, podcast requests and other team projects as needed.

  • Team coordination (22.5%): Support the wider Artist & Entertainment Relations team with day-to-day activity, ensuring information, documents and processes are organised and up to date.

  • Built an effective working rhythm with the Director of Artist & Entertainment Relations.

  • Established yourself as a dependable support for the whole team.

  • Managed diaries, meetings and studio visits smoothly and professionally.

  • Supported the coordination of events, projects and charity activity.

  • Developed strong working relationships with internal teams and external contacts.

What You’ll Need

  • Relevant experience: Some previous experience in a PA, assistant or coordination role.

  • Organisation & detail: Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and maintain high attention to detail.

  • Communication skills: Confident working with people at all levels, in person and in writing.

  • Calm under pressure: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Team mindset: A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

  • Interest in entertainment: Genuine interest in media, TV, film and music, and a desire to learn and grow in this space.
