What’s the role?

This newly created permanent role is based in Barangaroo, Sydney on Gadigal Country.

You’ll provide trusted administrative support to the SME & SB leadership team and help create the structure that keeps a large, fast-moving team connected. From coordinating calendars, inboxes and travel to processing invoices and expenses, you’ll make it easier for senior leaders and their teams to focus on the work that matters.

You’ll also help deliver memorable team experiences, including leadership events, team days and recognition celebrations. You’ll work with venues and suppliers, coordinate logistics, prepare communications and support budget control. With plenty of variety and connection across the business, this is an opportunity to shape a newly created role and make a meaningful impact from day one.

What do I need?

• Experience providing high level team or administrative support in a busy environment
• Strong organisation, problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities
• Confidence using Microsoft Word, OneNote, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
• Sound judgement and the ability to work independently while building trusted working relationships
• A careful and considered approach to calendars, events, expenses, information and compliance activities
