Job Description

Join the Chief Transformation Office in UNITE as a Team Assistant!

What’s the role?

This role will be responsible for providing proactive, high-level professional administrative support to multiple Heads of within the Group Transformation division. This is a key position ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations for multiple lines of business.

What do I need?

  • Ability to prioritise various workloads.
  • Be well organised and have high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Strong professionalism – in dealing with internal and external clients of the business.
  • Ideally 1 year experience as a Team Assistant:
    • Managing and coordinating calendars and meetings.
    • Email/Inbox management.
    • Experience effectively coordinating multiple lines of business.
    • Experience driving system administration.
    • General Reporting.
    • Team and event planning
    • Travel and expense management.
