Join the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) and play a key role in supporting our Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) team. This is your chance to contribute to work that matters – helping make New Zealand safe from crime and a good place to do business.
About the role
As Team Administrator, you’ll support the AML/CFT group, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the successful delivery of our work programme. You’ll manage meeting logistics, draft agendas, take minutes, coordinate attendees, and provide essential support to the Director and wider team.
This is a varied role where your organisational skills and attention to detail will matter. You’ll also handle financial administration tasks, such as processing invoices and purchase orders, and will assist with planning and reporting processes.
