• Coordinating and managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support operational teams effectively.
• Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Scheduling and organising meetings, briefings, and training sessions to keep teams informed and aligned.
• Monitoring and tracking key operational data, highlighting issues and supporting timely resolution.
• Acting as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and suggesting practical solutions.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
