We are seeking a high-performing professional looking to accelerate their career and support the Director in Charge at our North Sydney office.

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. This permanent role requires someone who brings a proactive, "can do" attitude and excels in a high-performance, dynamic team setting.

In this key support role, you will provide secretarial support to the Director, as well as:

  • Email and diary management for the Director in Charge.
  • Managing internal and external enquiries and correspondence for the team including travel bookings and general correspondence.
  • Preparation of presentations and agendas for internal and external distribution.
  • Production of marketing material through Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Reconcile and action invoices and expenses.
  • Undertaking of research as requested.
  • Office Management tasks as required.

Qualifications

To meet the challenge of this busy role, you will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
  • Professional communication skills.
