We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Team Assistant to provide administrative and marketing support to our top performing Office Leasing Agents based in our Sydney CBD office.

The ideal candidate will hold administrative experience ideally within property and be seeking a support role within a fast-paced office environment. Join Colliers and take the first step towards a successful career, contributing to the ongoing success of our market-leading Office Leasing team.

As a member of the team, some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Working with Agent’s to co-ordinate the collations of reports, submissions, and other documentation.
  • Liaise with administrative functions of the business to assist with the provision of accurate, timely and statistical information for the company reporting obligations.
  • Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as necessary.
  • Updating CRM database to ensure property information is accurate & up to date.
  • Coordinating and participating in team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Recent and relevant experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in real estate and property is preferred, but not essential.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills.
  • Proactive approach to your work with the ability to self-manage.
