The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly organised and proactive administrator to join our team. Supporting Management and a high-performing office environment, this role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of administration, marketing support, and day-to-day team operations.
This is a varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day administration support including listings, legal documentation, AML processing, and general team coordination
Prepare agency agreements, sale and purchase agreements, auction and tender documentation
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and reporting to ensure information is accurate and up to date
Prepare submissions, presentations, vendor reports, and pre-listing documentation
Support marketing campaigns including brochures, newsletters, social media, web advertising, and EDMs
Coordinate photography, signage, print advertising, web portals, and marketing collateral
Assist with auction preparation, meeting coordination, and office administration processes
Liaise with agents, solicitors, clients, and external suppliers to support smooth day-to-day operations
Assist with campaign budgets, invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting
Provide general administration support to the wider team as required
About You
Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment (advantageous but not a requirement)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Tech-savvy with experience across Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing platforms
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused with the ability to work autonomously
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
