Why This Role Matters

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Team Administrator to join our Prestige Residential Valuations team, based in our Sydney CBD office. This role will suit an experienced administrator or a recent graduate with an interest in property who is looking to build a long‑term career within the valuations industry. Working closely with the divisions Executive Assistant and supporting a high‑performing team of valuers, you will gain exposure to premium residential property valuations while working in a collaborative, professional environment that values teamwork and career development. This role offers hybrid working arrangements once you are up to speed.

What You’ll be Doing

• Providing timely, high-quality administrative services including electronic filing, preparation of letters and correspondence, email management, and maintenance of registers and databases
• Registering valuation jobs and creating files in line with established protocols and procedures
• Conducting research and property searches using a range of planning and property portals
• Preparing, formatting, and reviewing valuation reports to a high professional standard
• Responding to client enquiries professionally on behalf of valuers
• Maintaining, updating, and improving office systems, procedures, and processes
• Supporting a team of valuers while working closely with the Executive Assistant
• Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expenses as required
• Providing ad hoc administrative support to meet business needs

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role
• Experience in real estate, highly regarded but not essential
• A degree qualification in Property Economics, with an eagerness to commence a career in Valuations, will also be considered
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet competing deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in Valex Valuation Banking System (highly regarded)
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment, handling pressure well, and demonstrating initiative by proactively taking on tasks that enhance team efficiency and performance
