Job Description

We are seeking an organised and proactive Team Assistant to provide administrative support within our Healthcare & Retirement Living Valuation & Advisory team based at in our Sydney CBD Office.

The ideal candidate will hold administrative experience and be seeking a support role within a fast-paced office environment. Your open communication style and ‘can-do’ approach will ensure you are the right match for this valued role.

In this key support role, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties which include:

  • Preparation and formatting submission documents and reports for clients.
  • Create and update marketing collateral used for external distribution.
  • Managing internal and external enquiries and correspondence for the team including travel bookings and general correspondence with clients.
  • Preparation of invoices and expenses.
  • Diary management for Head of department.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a support role, basic property related experience and interest in the Valuations sector is preferred.
  • Recently graduated a degree related to Property is highly desirable.
  • Strong MS Office skills; in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
