Team Administrator

Location: London

Contract: Full‑time (up to 35 hours per week)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Team Administrator to support our General Counsel’s Office.

This is a brilliant opportunity where you will be playing a key role working at the heart of a busy, fast‑paced function and supporting senior stakeholders across the firm. You will work closely with Deputy General Counsels, Associate Counsels and senior leaders, ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day activity and enabling the GCO to deliver a consistently high standard of service to the business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a confidential and professional environment, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality administrative support.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong administrative experience gained in a professional and fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional manner.
  • Strong organisation and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Demonstrates behaviours aligned to the firm’s values: approachable, bold, connected.

Desirable

  • Previous experience within a law firm or similar professional services environment.
  • Experience using document management systems such as iManage.
  • Strong numeracy skills and confidence managing information and logs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintaining the GCO’s filing systems (currently iManage).
  • Handling incoming calls professionally and directing enquiries appropriately.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating room bookings and hospitality.
  • Preparing agendas, itineraries and materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements in a cost‑effective manner.
  • Supporting the team with expense submissions, including gathering receipts and tracking mileage.
  • Taking responsibility for copying, printing and scanning for the team.
  • Supporting content updates for the GCO intranet pages.
  • Assisting with compliance returns and maintenance of risk logs or registers.
  • Providing overflow support to other GCO colleagues as needed.
