Bargaining Unit CUPE Local 3223 position

Salary
$55,444.68 – $64,508.80

The Team Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to a Service Team in accordance with agency policies and procedures. This includes supporting the Team Supervisor and team members; receiving, documenting, and responding to inquiries; scheduling and coordinating appointments; maintaining and accessing client records; and completing a variety of administrative functions to support effective team operations.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Strong proficiency in general office administration, including word processing and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Minimum 6 months of related experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in a second language is an asset

Additional Information
Candidates must undergo and successfully pass a background check before an offer of employment may be made. Proof of education is required.
