The CHLA program invites applications for part-time instruction. The program is seeking applicants who have an interdisciplinary training and who are either undergoing a program of graduate study or have attained a PhD degree in any field of relevance from these below: comparative literature, philosophy, history (art history, history of science, etc) , area studies, cultural studies, critical technology studies, and critical theory. The program is seeking candidates who are able to primarily teach courses 210-214 inclusive. Candidates who have an experience teaching in history of ideas and or critical humanities programs are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates are encouraged to familiarize themselves to the courses listed above and to write a letter of application explicitly stating why they would be suitable for the position. Upon selection candidates will be observed in a teaching session by members of the committee.

MA degrees are required for instructor positions, PhD degrees are required for lecturer positions.
