The Communication Skills Program at the Department of English is now accepting applications for faculty positions teaching on a part-time basis for the Summer Term 2025-26 These positions involve teaching introductory courses, as needed by the department.
Applicants must hold at least a master’s degree. Successful candidates will be notified of the specific courses they are invited to teach. All appointments are made on a semester-by-semester basis. Applicants must be Lebanese citizens or hold a valid Lebanese work permit.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all positions are filled.
The position is to begin on June 1, 2026
Applicants must hold a PhD (for the lecturer rank) or an MA (for the instructor rank) in relevant field.
A complete application includes a letter of interest, a curriculum vitae, and, if applicable, ICE reports for courses taught at AUB over the past three years.
