Role Purpose & Accountabilities:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide essential coordination and logistical support for our teaching operations across Thailand, with a primary focus on Bangkok. This in-person role is based at a teaching location in Bangkok and involves regular travel within the city and surrounding provinces, with occasional trips further afield.

You will deliver a range of administrative and customer services, ensuring student registration, care, and re-registration processes comply with corporate policies while upholding high teaching and service standards. Maintaining accurate records, drafting routine documentation, and performing basic analysis to support process improvement will be key. You will provide logistical support for internal and external activities, ensuring they run smoothly.

Responding to customer enquiries, you will identify and escalate complex issues as needed, proactively alerting teams to any concerns impacting teaching delivery or customer experience. You will build effective liaisons to coordinate events and resolve issues. Understanding and adhering to risk management procedures, including child protection and financial protocols, is essential, as is ensuring compliance when handling data. You will monitor small-scale resources, plan your own work priorities, and coordinate others to complete tasks efficiently to agreed quality and time standards. This is a hands-on, people-focused role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, operational environment.

Role specific skills, knowledge and experience:
Language Proficiency Fluency in Thai (reading, writing, speaking, listening); High degree of communicative competency in English in all 4 skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
Education University degree or equivalent in a relevant subject or discipline
Essential
• Experience in a customer focused environment.
• Experience of working in business operations management.
Desirable
• Experience of working in an educational institute.
• Experience of working in operations in the education sector.
• Experience of working in procurement and / or supply chain management.
• Experience of cost management.
• Experience of working in a dispersed team.
• Experience of line management.
• Access to personal transport is desirable but not required.
