About the role

As a Teaching Fellow,you'll join the School of Business, where you'll inspire and support the next generation of business professionals. You'llteach across our Diploma,Bachelorand Master's Business programs, delivering engagingand interactivelearning experiences in areas focused on Management, Leadership, Strategy, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Entrepreneurship, Sport, Events and Project Management

You'llcombine outstanding teaching practice with digital capability, learning design and innovation to create learning experiences that are flexible, engaging andcentredaround student success.

Whatyou'llbring

  • PhD (completed or in progress) is highly preferred.

  • Demonstratedexpertisein one or more core business disciplines, such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management,Strategyor Economics, together with strong digital and analytical capabilities, including the application of AI and technology-enabled decision-making.

  • Current industry practice with the ability to integrate contemporary business, responsible and sustainable business principles (including ethics, ESG, and governance), and best-practice learning and teaching approaches into the student experience.

  • Strong facilitation skills across online and face-to-face learning environmentsin Higher Education

  • Experience using learning technologies and digital tools to enhance teaching

  • Confidence using, or enthusiasm for adopting, AI-enabled approaches in education

  • Experience designing engaging learning and assessment activities

  • A student-centredapproach to teaching and learning

  • Strong communicationand collaboration skills

  • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional learning

  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications (or working towards completion)
