ANNOUNCEMENT: POSITION OPENING

The Board of Education is seeking appli cations for the 2026-2027 school year for the following position:

TEACHER OF THE HANDICAPPED/TEACHER OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES
(10 Months � Certificated)
Mahwah ABA Program- Pre-School

Qualifications:

1. New Jersey DOE Certificate required -Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities.
2. New Jersey DOE certificate required - Pre-School (CE/CEAS or standard)
3. New Jersey DOE certificate preferred - Elementary (CE/CEAS or standard).
4. Experience working with Individuals with Autistic Population and utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis - preferred.
5. Ability to motivate students in a positive and creative learning environment
6. Willing and able to complete Crisis Management Training.
7. New Jersey residence within one (1) year from date to hire.
   

Compensation Rate/Range: $73,690 - $111,682
