Copleston High School is a popular 11-18 mixed comprehensive noted for its caring and disciplined atmosphere. It was judged as a ‘good school with outstanding features’ by Ofsted in December 2023. As a school we are committed to raising standards of learning.

From September 2026, we require a Teacher of Mathematics As a member of a successful department, you will teach Mathematics at Key Stages 3 and 4. An ability to offer ‘A’ Level would also be an advantage. You will have high standards and be committed to meeting the needs of all students. We currently have 3 AS classes and 2 A2 classes, we also have Further Mathematics classes at both AS and A2 Level. We teach the Edexcel GCSE course and Edexcel ‘A’ Level Course.

Applications are welcome from both experienced teachers who are looking to broaden their experience or return to work, or from newly qualified teachers who can complement and enhance the department.
