St Edmund’s is a popular Voluntary Aided secondary school in the heart of Portsmouth and serves a wide area. It is an ‘Outstanding’ school (Ofsted 2016 and 2022) serving a diverse population. The Governors are seeking to appoint to the following post:

Teacher of Geography (Maternity Leave) (REF: GE27)

Salary dependent upon experience £32,916 - £51,048

To Start January 2027

The school is looking to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Teacher of Geography to cover maternity leave. Geography is a very popular and successful subject at both Key Stages and field trips are part of the curriculum.

You will be well supported by a friendly, hard-working and talented team, fantastic staff and lovely pupils. You will have a key role in making a good department excellent. The role is full time.
