What we're looking for

• You genuinely enjoy working with young children
• You're reliable. When you're scheduled, your children and teammates can count on you to be at work and on time
• You request planned time off in advance and communicate promptly when a true emergency occurs
• You're nurturing, professional, and a good teammate
• You have a CDA or education-related degree, or are interested in completing one
• At least one year of licensed childcare experience is preferred
• You meet applicable Texas childcare and background-check requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in a licensed childcare center
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must meet State of Texas and National hiring standards
• Employment contingent upon cleared DFPS, DPS, and FBI background checks
