Futures Academy by Y Schools Queensland, Ipswich Campus (pending NSSAB accreditation) is seeking a passionate Teacher in Charge on a Permanent, Full-Time basis based in Ipswich.
About the role
As Teacher in Charge, you will provide day-to-day educational and operational leadership under the direction of the School Principal. You will support high-quality teaching, student wellbeing, engagement, safeguarding and vocational outcomes while contributing to a safe, inclusive and trauma-informed school environment.
Your responsibilities will include leading staff briefings and debriefings, supporting professional development, coordinating student induction, overseeing student engagement and case-management processes, and leading agreed campus programs and improvement initiatives.
