Job Responsibilities
- Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities that support intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development
- Prepare children for kindergarten in a structured and caring environment
- Assist with daily care routines including feeding, changing, and nap time
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate with families using our classroom management system
- Support Lead Teachers and center leadership as needed

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older (some states allow 16 years)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience working in a early childhood education institute is required.
- Ability to work with children in a fast-paced environment
