Early Childhood Teachers Wanted – Fairfield
Location: Fairfield| Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends)
Pay: $14.50/hour (based on education & experience)
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our team and inspire children through a play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum. Our nurturing environment encourages curiosity, growth, and lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Ohio Early Learning Standards
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom where children feel respected and encouraged
- Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured and play-based activities
- Maintain classroom routines and promote positive behavior
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, sharing updates with families
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements
- Must be 18+ (per Ohio requirements)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previou experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education setting or a degree in Early Childhood Education/related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a genuine love for working with children
